Cultivate mindfulness and the art of slowing down so you can bring full presence to your everyday life, experience more aliveness in each moment, and dissolve the feeling of stress that comes with managing your health.

Practice stillness to expand your ability to hold more in your consciousness without feeling overwhelmed, to learn to hear the subtleties of your body's wisdom, and to live from a place of calmness instead of chaos so you can prioritize your health with ease.

Get clear on your âyesesâ and ânoâsâ so you can learn how to set boundaries & stop doing the things that drain your energy & suck your time so you can have more time to focus on your health.

Explore your wants and desires so you can make requests without fear, shame, or embarrassment and live a more balanced and fulfilling life so you can achieve the health you're striving for.

Identify the limiting beliefs behind your diagnosis so you can access your innate power and create the health (& life) you're dreaming of.

Take an honest look at where you escape or ânumb outâ to avoid feeling your feelings to discover where you need healing and reclaim lost time and energy that can be directed toward becoming the woman you want to be.

Practice doing things that bring you pleasure to expand your ability to receive what life offers, including optimal health and the life of your dreams, without the guilt that comes with needing to be productive all the time.

Welcome and accept all the bits of yourself youâre repressing so you can come into full worthiness and dissolve blocks to healing.

Allow yourself to be witnessed & celebrated by other women walking this path alongside you so you can feel the support of the collective sisterhood and know you are not alone.

This is an inward journey that will help you to expand past negative thoughts, rewire unhelpful subconscious beliefs, and transform into the woman of your dreams.

When you do this, you will find ease in how you flow with the ever-changing energetics of your body and your cycle.
You will come to love and respect your body with more reverence than ever before, experience radiant confidence, and create lasting health that comes from embodied wisdom.
Each week, we will cover a different topic.
The sessions will open with guided exploration followed by a discussion on theory, group interaction/sharing, and instructions for homeplay to implement and integrate what you learned.
 Week 1: I am safe in my body.
Come home to yourself. Ground into your physical being. Honor your temple as the sacred vessel that it is. You will explore your relationship to your own body and awaken your connection to your body wisdom.
 Week 2: I claim my desires.
Getting clear on what you want in life, health, etc. is the first step to attracting it. No matter how big, bold, or outrageous your desires, you are fully deserving of them. Claiming your desires is about being unapologetic for what you want and expanding your capacity to receive it.
 Week 3: I know my yeses and nos.
Saying no can feel scary, but having boundaries is an act of will and self care. Stop doing the things that make you feel depleted. When you start to live from the body instead of the mind, what is true for you will be a felt sensation in the body.
 Week 4: I am my best lover.
Learn to love the hidden and shamed parts of yourself so you can dissolve negative beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck and disintegrate blocks to healing.
 Week 5: I harmonize with my voice.
Do you have trouble using your voice to speak your truth? Do you mean what you say and say what you mean? We will use voice activation to alchemize the energy from within to help you stand in your truth and show up for yourself in a more authentic way.
 Week 6: I am one with nature.
We are a representation of nature in human form. You will learn the basics of menstrual cycle energetics so you can find a rhythm to living in sync with your cycle. In doing so, you will experience better health and more ease and tranquility in your life and body.
